Spiritual Life Conference

Mangels FamilyOn Sunday, January 26, 2014, we will be celebrating our Annual Spiritual Life Conference. This year we are very pleased to have back with us Pastor Josh and Teresa Mangels along with their children -  Eva, Josh Jr. and Noah. Josh and Teresa were on staff here at ALNC for several years as Associate Pastors until God called them to Picture Rocks, Arizona where they are the Senior Pastor of Praise Center Assembly of God. When Josh and Teresa took this church there were just a handful of people there that first Sunday. Today Praise Center Assembly of God averages around 100 people on Sunday mornings and the fire of revival can clearly be seen in every service and on every face. There has been a renewed emphasis put on the Holy Spirit and the preaching of God's Word and the people have responded. Pastor Josh and Teresa  are prayer warriors and they started a Monday prayer service at Praise Center Assembly of God and within just a few months the attendance of the prayer meeting was averaging over fifty people. This is surely the reason revival fires have broken out in Picture Rocks, Arizona. Please plan on being with us on January 26, 2014 at both our Sunday services, 10:30 am & 6 pm. There will be children care available at both services.

Come and see what God can do!

Invitation to Collective Prayer

20 Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, 21 to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen. Eph 3:20-21  NKJV "If we prevail in prayer, God will do only what He can do. How He does things, when He does them, and in what manner are up to Him. The name of Jesus, the power of His blood, and the prayer of faith have never lost their power over the centuries." Jim Cymbala If ever there was a time for prayer in the church; it is today. Yet we find so many of God’s people satisfied with the status quo. I believe that God is calling us to a new level of prayer. Although I believe individual prayer is very important, I also believe that collective prayer is very important. Every week on Monday nights we gather together at 7 pm for collective prayer. Please except my personal invitation to come and join us as we prevail in prayer for the desperate needs of our friends, family, church, and community. If we believe in the Scriptures then we know that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly more than what we can ask for or imagine and He does that according to the power that works within us! See you on Monday. Pastor John

Royal Law Ministries

Royal Law Ministries

James 2:8-9 8 If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself," you do well; NKJV

The church should and needs to extend itself beyond the four walls of the building with helping others. We desire to reach out to our neighbors in SeaTac, WA. This ministry will simply connect those in need with those who desire to help. If you know of anyone in the SeaTac area who needs help with yard work, general repairs, financial advice, or other needs; we would like to help. Please contact the church office and we will put their name on our list. We will then make that list available to those in the church who are willing to help and connect them to each other. If you have the energy, time and money to help those in need let us know and we’ll send a list every week of those in need. Although it is our desire to help, please understand that we will not be able to help everyone. We will do our best to connect those in need with those who can help.
