Baked Potato Fundraiser
Sunday, October 13th following Celebration Service the Children’s Ministry Department will be hosting a Baked Potato Feed. The cost of tickets is $8.00 per person. There is a sign-up sheet on the table in the back of the sanctuary. Supplies are needed. Please sign up if you are able to donate items. Note: No Quest Evening Service will be held.
The WM Department will be gathering for a Craft Evening on Thursday, October 17th at 6:00 p.m. The event will be held here at the church. The ladies will be making a holiday wreath for the home or to give as a gift. They will be collecting $5.00 for supplies. Please sign up by October 13th; a sign-up sheet is located on the table at the back.
Please join us on Friday, October 25th for the wedding of Andrew Travis & Holli Peet. The ceremony will begin at 3:00 p.m. Cake will be served following. There will be no Friday Family night on October 25, 2019.
The Men’s Ministry Department of ALNC will be held Saturday, October 19th at 8:30 a.m. Don’t miss the food & fellowship.
Operation Christmas Child
“In addition to hearing the Gospel before receiving their Shoebox gift, children also receive The Greatest Gift, a storybook that shares the message of salvation. With the Apostle John as narrator, the booklet shares 11 scripture stories and invites children to follow Christ. Children take this home to share with family and friends. It is used in more than 80 languages.”
Preprinted shoeboxes are available on the table in the back of the sanctuary.
This year’s collection date will be Sunday, November 17th during the Celebration Service.
